Summary: I enjoyed this homes open floor plan, huge windows, great view of the lake and the size of the 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms were small but for a rental that wasn't a problem for me. However, it appeared as if the homeowners were in the process of 'freshening up the home' by the evidence of paint and construction materials in the garage and the painters tape left on a bathroom sink. At the time of our stay the grounds need maintenance, mowing and removal of wasp nests (plural) over the back door. The home was super sparsely furnished and only had one tv in the entire house. The kitchen (although beautiful) was also sparsely furnished and only had two pots and limited other items. We did enjoy the updated kitchen appliances but would suggest you bring your own pots, pans and dishes if you are planning to cook. This home is in a well established quiet neighborhood near the airport, shopping and restaurants. Overall we had a good comfortable stay and felt safe. If I were to purchase a home in Brunswick, this would be the one I would like to buy!

Summary: The location was perfect for our needs. Close to I95 as well as many stores and restaurants, including those on the islands. Very spacious, clean, and updated. Enjoyed a bike ride through the neighborhood and fishing from the dock. Felt very safe. In town for a funeral, so the home gave us a great place to come back to for rest in a peaceful setting. The listing needs some minor adjustments as it mentioned a Keurig and a playground. Both of which we were fine without. However, there were 2 drip coffee makers. So that worked out well for us. The outdoor furniture could use some TLC, but we didn't really need it. Being from Georgia, I know how brutal the sun can be on anything left outside. We were very comfortable and thankful to be able to stay in the home. and

Summary: This property is on a large, clean lake that was great for swimming and fishing. There is even a paddle board and fishing poles on the property! The drive to the beach was quick and easy. The public beach access is free, has lots of parking and nice, clean bathrooms. The location was perfect! The house had a great layout for our whole family of 6. The kitchen was well-equipped, it really had everything we needed and more. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, including the beds-great mattresses (and I’m never comfortable in other beds)! The property is very clean. The owners are super nice and respond quickly to any communication. We enjoyed our stay, have zero complaints and highly, HIGHLY recommend this property!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and area was beautiful. Home is in an HOA community but there was no issues with that. We had 5 adults and 1 teenager in our group. House had 5 towels and no washcloths but we made do. I would have liked more room for us to relax in the living room. Furniture was nice and comfortable, just not enough room for all of us to relax and watch a movie together. Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly.

Summary: This property was a great place to stay providing all the essentials a family could want/need. Beautiful home located on pond in the neighborhood made for fantastic views and some fun family recreation. Owner/Manager of property was very responsive to all our needs. Would highly recommend this property if you need a comfortable home to stay in while in the Brunswick/Golden Isles area!

Summary: This house was in a great location on the north side of Brunswick. It was easy to get to, close to I-95, close to the airport, adequately sized (although the living room furniture only accommodates 4) and there are many attractions in and around Brunswick including ocean access, museums, historical sites, great restaurants and shops, and good live music.

Summary: This place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. There was so much space, it was extremely clean, quiet and beautiful. We spent a lot of time outside paddle boarding on the little lake, which was calm and gorgeous. The location was perfect. Close to Saint Simons and Jekyll Island, which we traveled to frequently. The owners responded if I needed anything or had any questions. I will definitely rent this again on my next trip to GA. Sam and Lutas, thank you so much for an unforgettable family trip.

Summary: This house is so much better than pictured! By far one of the cleanest and nicest vrbo rentals I have been in. The house was well stocked and had such homey touches. I had some questions about the location and what was around and the owners responded very quickly. We will be back.
